Miller produces her own handmade paper that she incorporates into her paper collages. Maggi Miller earned her BFA at the University of Texas at Arlington. She learned how to make paper at Laguna Gloria in Austin, Texas, from internationally acclaimed artist, Priscilla Robinson. She has taken classes at the Southwest School of Art & Craft and at Columbia College in Chicago. She respects and admires the artists in the paper making community for their willingness to teach and share and for their passion about an art that encompasses science and craft. Maggi illustrated and wrote "The Baby Who Wouldn't Say, Mama", published in 2011.  http://maggimiller.com
